Preserves
All preserves are prepared in small batches. Packaging will look a little different than the images shown. The following are available this spring:
Red Chili Jelly is probably my most popular jelly for all seasons and reasons. The perfect amount of heat meets sweet! Ingredients: red bell peppers, red chili's, sugar & vinegar 125ml - $5 250ml - $10 Scotch Bonnet Blast still sweet but this jelly really packs the heat! Ingredients: orange & yellow bell peppers, scotch bonnet, red chili's, sugar & vinegar 125ml = $5 Sweet Zucchini Relish is a tangy relish that goes great on anything with a bun or without! The BBQ table isn't complete until this relish is on it! Perfect for your sausages, hot dogs or burgers and surprisingly tasty on any sandwich or with eggs! Ingredients: green zucchini, sweet onion, bell pepper, turmeric, sugar & vinegar 250ml - $5 500ml $8 Spicy Pickled Purple Onion thinly sliced purple onion in a salty brine spiced with habanero peppers. The heat sneaks up on you! Great with anything on bread or a bun, but also a tasty add to grilled or roasted meats. Try some with tacos, nachos or even pizza!

Use it as an all purpose seasoning, a dry rub or as your base spice and add your own kick! Napkin Rings
Challenged to create something unique I turned to my other passion, entertaining! I've always enjoyed throwing a party and love to carry through with a theme. Taking the stretch bracelet off the arm and onto the table was a simple and inexpensive way to custom create any table theme I wanted. These napkin rings are handmade using a variety of different materials and each set is unique! Can be used on either linen or paper napkins.
Most are created as six piece sets but similar color patterns allow to add more settings if needed.
